Eligible purchases are covered by a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee beginning on the date of confirmed delivery.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, email help@reecov.com within 90 days of confirmed delivery and include:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Email address used at checkout
• Reason for return
• Clear photographs (required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)

Return Authorization Required

Every return requires prior authorization. Our support team will provide the approved return address upon approval.

Condition of Returned Items

The guarantee permits a reasonable product trial. Returns must include all supplied components and must not be intentionally damaged, altered, misused, or contaminated. Used wearable products must be clean and dry.

When REECOV May Decline a Return

• Discretionary returns requested after 90 days
• Incomplete or unauthorized returns
• Intentionally damaged products
• Suspected fraud or policy abuse

Non-waivable legal rights remain unaffected.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using tracked shipping. REECOV is not responsible for customer returns lost before reaching the authorized return facility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from REECOV's error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for REECOV to process the refund, plus additional time for your payment provider to complete processing.

Exchanges

For a different size, customers should complete an authorized return and place a new order.

Exclusions

Final-sale products and gift cards are not eligible for discretionary returns except where required by applicable law.
