Shipping Policy

REECOV currently ships within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Processing time and delivery time are separate.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery is 10–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by holidays, weather, carrier congestion, service disruptions, remote locations, or an incorrect address.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking information may take several business days to update after dispatch.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Address changes and order cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing begins. If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, additional charges may apply.

Shipping Delays

If REECOV is unable to ship within the stated period, we will notify the customer, provide a revised estimate, and offer cancellation or refund options as required by applicable law.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check your delivery area, other household members, neighbors, reception desk, safe locations, and carrier delivery information. REECOV will assist with a reasonable carrier investigation but does not automatically refund packages confirmed as delivered to the checkout address.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders must be reported to help@reecov.com with your order number and clear photographs.
